Your first contact for support should always be your local hobby store where the product was purchased.  The people at the local hobby store are knowledgeable in the use of all types of R/C products, not just the LowCostRC line.

If after contacting your local hobby store, you are still having problems, then please do not hesitate to contact us, the LowCostRC Technical support staff is available during normal business hours, (8:00am - 4:00pm EST, Monday - Friday), for any questions you may have on any of the products we market or manufacture.

Checkout our forum where customers ask questions about products either before they buy or after the purchase for technical help.  Just follow this link to the forum and ask your question, you are not required to register to ask questions in this forum, but we do save your IP address for security.  We monitor this forum on a regular basis and will answer your question as quickly as possible.
